Delete your data
Ask us and we delete it. Email thehumantoolbox2026@gmail.com with the subject Delete my data, and the email address you used with us. We complete it within 30 days at the latest, sooner when we can, and tell you when it is done.
1. How to ask
- Write to us. Send an email to thehumantoolbox2026@gmail.com with the subject Delete my data. Send it from the email address you used with us, or tell us which address that was.
- Tell us what to delete. Say "everything", or name the part: your audit, your account, a recording, or a connected social account.
- We check it is you. Craig replies to the address on file. If we cannot match your email to anything we hold, we will tell you that, and ask for the address or handle you used.
- Craig deletes it by hand and tells you. We finish within 30 days at the latest. When it is done we email you to say so.
There is no button today that deletes an account on the spot, and we do not run an automatic deletion timer. Email is how it is done.
2. If you connected a social account
- Take our access away on the platform. Open the app and permissions settings in your Instagram, Facebook, Google or TikTok account and remove The Human Toolbox or DragnPost. That stops us posting right away.
- Ask us to delete what we hold. Email us with the subject Delete my data and say which account you connected. Craig deletes the account identifiers, the username, the permissions record and the encrypted token we hold.

3. What is deleted, and what we keep
- Your name, email, company, social handles and website address.
- Your audit answers and the finished report.
- Your account, your sign-in and everything you added to it.
- Recordings, clips and client photos.
- Social account connections and their encrypted tokens.
- Payment and tax records, for 6 years, because Canadian tax law requires it. A payment record keeps only what it needs.
- Signed waivers and consent forms, because they protect you and us if there is ever a dispute.
Everything else we hold about you is deleted when you ask, not archived. If a legal claim has been made or is reasonably expected, we may keep the records that matter to it until it is settled.
4. If you are a session host or affiliate
Payout and tax details we are required to report on are kept for 6 years, even after you ask us to delete the rest.
