Terms of Service

Last updated October 16, 2026
The short version

Be honest with us, pay what you agreed to pay, use the tools the way they are meant to be used, and we will do what we say we will do. You keep what you make. Your information is handled as our Privacy Policy says.

1. Who these terms are with

These Terms of Service are between you and The Human Toolbox, a sole proprietorship run by Craig Soles in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada ("we", "us"). By using thehumantoolbox.com, DragnPost (dragnpost.co), the Ask Eddie audit, the live session studio, or anything you buy from us, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

DragnPost has its own terms at dragnpost.co/terms.html. If something on DragnPost is covered by both, DragnPost's terms win for that thing.

2. What we offer

The Human Toolbox is where Craig teaches, shares, guides and shows what he has learned and done. Around that we run tools: booking, the shop, the Ask Eddie website and socials audit, DragnPost for posting, and the live session studio. We tell you what each one does on its own page. Nothing here is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and we do not promise any result.

3. Who can use it

  • You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live.
  • What you tell us must be true and current, including when you book, buy, sign a waiver or open an account.
  • Keep your sign-in to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

4. Buying and paying

  • Prices. The price shown when you buy is the price you pay. A later price change does not change what you already paid. All prices are in US dollars.
  • How you pay. Cards are charged through Stripe.
  • Subscriptions. A subscription renews until it is cancelled, as that product's own terms say.

5. Sessions

A separate consent or waiver form, specific to the service, is reviewed and signed as part of booking or at the session itself. That form, not this page, governs the risks and consent for the service. Nothing here is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

6. Anyone who represents us

Anyone who represents or promotes The Human Toolbox or DragnPost to someone else agrees not to use manipulative or deceptive sales tactics, including manufactured urgency, a hidden "unlock a deal" pitch, or any pressure presented as ours when it is not. DragnPost's terms set out what we can do about a breach. If you meet this from someone representing us, tell us at thehumantoolbox2026@gmail.com.

7. Your content

  • You keep it. What you upload, write or record stays yours.
  • What you let us do. You give us permission to store it, process it and show it to the people you choose, only as needed to run the service you asked for. That includes sending it to the providers named in our Privacy Policy to make your report, transcript or caption.
  • What you promise. You have the right to use what you upload, and it does not break the law or anyone's rights.
  • Deletion. Ask us to delete it on our data deletion page.

8. Social accounts you connect

You can connect your own Instagram, Facebook, YouTube or TikTok account. You do it on that platform's own screen, you choose what to allow, and you can take the access away at any time in that platform's settings. We post or publish only what you tell us to. You stay responsible for following each platform's rules for what you post.

9. Using the site properly

Please do not:

  • give false or fraudulent information in any form, booking or checkout;
  • try to get around, reverse-engineer or overload our systems, or scrape them with automated tools;
  • use a secure link for anything other than viewing what it was sent to you for;
  • record, copy or share a session or another person's material without their permission;
  • upload anything unlawful, or that you do not have the right to use.

If you break these, we may stop your access.

10. Our property

The text, branding, images, characters and design on our sites and in our tools belong to The Human Toolbox unless we say otherwise. They are not licensed for reuse without our written permission.

11. Limits on our responsibility

Our services are provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss from your use of them. Our total liability for any claim about a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

13. Changes

We may update these terms as the business grows. If a change matters, we will change the date at the top of this page and say so on the page.
